Stress Awareness Week 2023
Stress Awareness Week is being held from Monday 30th October to Friday 3rd November 2023. But what is Stress Awareness Week? Stress Awareness Week is an opportunity to allow individuals to purposefully engage in different activities to help reduce stress.
Sadly, we all deal with stress on a daily basis, some stress is good, however, too much stress can cause long term health difficulties. We unfortunately, get caught up in life which can and does cause us stress. Having stress Awareness Week helps to emphasise the importance of recognising, understanding and managing our stress which will improve our mental and physical health. This is one reason why Stress Awareness Week was established. It is designed to help raise awareness of stress and to encourage proactive stress management. For example, taking a walk or having time out to recharge. Take a look at my 30 day challenge and maybe have a go.
