Time to Talk 2025

Time to Talk Day is taking place on Thursday, February 6th. It is the nation’s biggest conversation about mental health and was created by MIND and ReThink Mental Health. Time to Talk Day involves taking time to have a conversation about mental health, whether this is with friends, family, colleagues, or people within your local community. The day was created to help raise awareness regarding mental health and also to challenge the stigma associated with mental health.

There are lots of ways to get involved. For example, arranging to meet a friend for a coffee, taking time out of the work day for colleagues to have a chat, for your local club to organise a social event or even posting something on social media. Whatever it may be, take the time to have a chat.
